The Truth About Wicca

From The Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry website:
Wicca is a religion that worships gods, goddesses, and nature. Although the religion is not as structured as other religions are with congregations, pastors, or other governing leaders, the Wiccan religion does have priests and priestesses, and all within covens of witches.
Through various festivals the wiccan uses rituals and symbols to attempt to manipulate nature and gain power. there are many misconceptions about wiccans and a prominent one is that they worship Satan. Most wiccans don't believe in Satan however.
They primarily teach about nature, karma, reincarnation, and various New Age philosophies. Although this religion is traced back into the Celtic culture of Europe in the 1700s, the wiccans claim their religion precedes the Christian belief.
Wicca is attractive for many people who do not desire or appreciate absolute truths. In Wicca, a person is free to discover his or her own "path."  In other words, he or she is free to invent a religious system that suits his or her desires.
I strongly urge anyone who is pursuing this belief to not do so!
It is a deception of the devil and will not lead you where you may think it will. I encourage you to do deeper study into this religion from a trusted source I've been using.
